How long does a custom order take?

Depending on the size portrait and how many orders are ahead, usually between 1-2 weeks.

(If you need a rush order please message me so we can figure it out!)

Whats the process like when I order?

After choosing a size I will communicate with you through email or social media about your project! We can choose a photo that will work best.

I will give a sketch mockup for your approval before burning. Throughout the process I will give updates/photos of your piece in different stages until finished!

What kind of wood burning orders do you take?

I specialize in wildlife, pet portraits, and scenery but I love taking on new ideas! If you have something you'd like done I'd love to hear it!

When is payment due?

Payment is due in full before I start the burning project. Or you can use 'Shop Pay' in the checkout process that allows your to pay in month payments. I also will accept venmo! If you would like to do a venmo payment please message me on Instagram. @ofsmokeandash
